Oswestry College’s refectory refurbishment required a delivery approach built on care, coordination, and continuity, values that our M&E team brought to life in a fully operational campus setting. Working to a tight programme and defined deadline, we provided complete mechanical and electrical services, from lighting and ventilation to power, containment, and safety systems. All works were carefully phased to minimise disruption to students and staff, while maintaining pace and precision throughout. Collaborating closely with site teams and college representatives, we ensured the smooth integration of all systems to complement the space’s updated layout and design intent. The result is a clean, compliant, and inviting facility that now serves the college community day in, day out.
