Leominster’s new Marsh Court Health Centre is a landmark for the town: a purpose-built, two-storey medical centre with more than 30 consulting rooms, treatment spaces and a research facility. Working for family-run main contractor Matrix IDC, our team delivered the entire mechanical and electrical package, taking the building from first fix through to final commissioning and handover. Healthcare environments demand medical-grade precision, so every system — power, lighting, heating, ventilation and specialist services — was designed and installed to stringent compliance standards, coordinated closely with the wider build programme and the bespoke joinery fit-out.
